A former gravel pit which has matured over the years and currently forms part of the Darenth Fishing Complex.  The Vendors are restructuring their business with the result that Tree Lake is available on the open market for the first time in many years.

The lake was constructed in 1989 and extends to 4.6 acres and set in a total area of approximately 8 acres. Coppice Lake has been run as a day ticket fishery but on a low key basis for a number of years. The lake is situated in a quiet and extremely attractive setting bounded by mature woodland on one side and semi mature landscaping planting around the rest of the lake.

Cottage Lake and its two adjacent paddocks originally fell with the broader curtilage of Larden Cottage (formerly Brockton Grange) - a mini-estate of some 28 acres of woodland, garden and meadow – and was separated and retained when the current owner disposed of the main house and land on the westerly side of the Easthope Road in the early 1990’s.

These three, stream fed, lakes are set in a secluded, wooded location.  The securely fenced and locked site measures a little under 3 acres.  The Top Lake is let to a syndicate who, in turn, arrange fishing on the Middle and Lower Lakes.  Although there is no formal car park, there is limited off road parking available to the North and South of the fishery.
