| River Brit, Dorset SOLD |
 |
N.B. There is a possibility of purchasing a one fifth share of these fishing rights for the sum of £5,000. If you wish to register your interest, please contact the Fisheries Team
A rare opportunity to acquire a beat of the River Brit with approximately 370 metres of single bank fishing
The Brit is a relatively unknown River. However, Brit Valley Fly Fishery is regarded as being the best fishing on the River being the first non-tidal beat but being below the town water. This beat of the River provides good sea trout fishing and the occasional salmon. There are eight named pools, between point A – B on plan. Although there is only single bank fishing, no fishing takes place from the opposite bank. The River has been lightly fished since 2003 with a result that the records do not reflect the true potential of the beat. |
