Fenn Wright fisheries4sale has been involved in
marketing and selling approximately 50% of all fisheries that come
to the market each year.
All fisheries are different and range from a modest sized lake
of, say 2-3 acres, to large gravel pits, commercial coarse and trout
fisheries of all sizes, both with and without dwellings, together
with larger leisure complexes, including caravan sites, mobile homes
and holiday cottages, etc.
For those fishery owners who wish to sell privately and do not
wish to have any publicity, we can offer a discreet and confidential
service.
Purchases
Fenn Wright fisheries4sale operates a Purchasing Service for those
applicants who are very serious about purchasing a fishery and want
to ensure that they are made aware of every available opportunity.
We take the “donkey work” out of your search. We research
many websites and, through our extensive contacts with other agents,
we become aware of other fisheries or properties with water that
may suit potential purchasers.
We work a “no win, no fee” basis, but charge a modest
Registration Fee of £50 (inclusive of VAT) which is deductible
off any purchase commission.

It is our experience that, due to the specialist nature of fishery
valuations, there are only a few qualified Valuers in the Country
with the appropriate knowledge and expertise to carry out valuations
on behalf of banks, building societies and other lending bodies.
